The goal and main mission of WEPI GLOBAL LTD is to preserve the biographical information of all people for future generations in the form of digital data. Work on such a large-scale project as the International Biographical Database "World Encyclopedia of Personal Information" began on May 20, 2019 thanks to the idea and initiative of Dashgyn Gyulmammadov.
Since September 10, 2019, the preparation, information technology development, planning and creation of the International Biographical Database have been headed by Dashgyn Gyulmamedov and Sergey Gnatyuk. The technical planning and development of the site was entrusted to WEPI LLC. In September 2020, the active phase of creating the www.wepi.info website began.
By September 2022, work on information technology development, as well as the creation of the online resource "World Encyclopedia of Personal Information", based on the idea of Dashgyn Gyulmamedov, was successfully completed. On September 15, 2022, the Global Edition of the "World Encyclopedia of Personal Information" was created, including divisions in Azerbaijan, Poland, Germany, Ukraine, Georgia, Montenegro and Turkey.
In order to ensure the administrative and legal management of the online resource "World Encyclopedia of Personal Information", on January 6, 2023, WEPI GLOBAL LTD was established in the UK, which became the sole owner of the www.wepi.info resource.
Today, WEPI GLOBAL LTD is proud to present a digital project with great potential to preserve and pass on the biographical information of humanity to future generations. The diversity and scope of this database, which includes representatives of different countries and nationalities, makes it a unique and indispensable resource for understanding and studying the history and culture of the world over the centuries.
