1. How to register on the site?
This instruction will help you to log in to your personal account.
1) On the site page, click on the "Sign in" link in the header of the site (on a black background), then click on the "Register" link.
2) This link will take you to the registration page for you as a user.
Now you need to fill in the required fields on it:
- Name;
- Surname;
- Phone;
- E-mail;
- Password;
- Confirm the password.
Enter a valid e-mail address (E-mail), otherwise, you will not be able to activate your account!
At the end, you need to click the "Register" button.
After refreshing the page, you will see the inscription "Your account has been created and a message with further instructions has been sent to your email.".
3) The site will create your account, but it will need to be activated (this is necessary to confirm that the e-mail address you provided really belongs to you). Until you activate your account, you will NOT be able to access the site under your login and password.
Now you need to log in to your email account (which you specified in the previous step when registering) and search your "Inbox" for an email from site@wepi.info address with the subject line "WEPI: activation of account".
ATTENTION!!! This letter is generated and sent instantly after you fill out the registration form on our website. Therefore, if after 1-2 minutes you still have not received the letter, check the "SPAM" folder of your mailbox - it could have got there. In this case, do not forget to mark this letter as "NOT SPAM", so that all further letters from us do not fall into spam but go to the "Inbox" and you can read them immediately.
In this email, you will find a long link to activate the user's account which you need to click.
5) After the transition you will get to the site of the page. There you will see the inscription "Congratulations, the registration is successfully completed!", for the registered user (under his login and password).
6) To enter the Personal Account, you need to click on your "Name and Surname" on the right in the header of the site (on a black background).
If you have switched to the Personal Account, this means that you are on the site as an authorized user.
Congratulations, you have successfully registered on the site!
2. How to log in to my Personal account?
This instruction will help you to log in to your Personal account.
This is possible if you have ALREADY registered on the site as a user, i.e. have your account and know the login and password.
Without logging in to the site under your login and password (this is called authorization), you will not be able to save your biography.
1) On the site page, click on the "Sing in" link in the header of the site (on a black background).
2) This link will follow you to the authorization page as a user.
There you will see two fields: login ("E-Mail") and password ("Password"). There you need to enter your login and password received during registration.
After that, click the "Sign in" button.
3) If you have entered your login and password correctly, you will be transferred automatically to your Personal account.
4) If you entered your login and password incorrectly (this could happen due to a typo, or you simply forgot your login or password), then the message "Incorrect e-mail or password" will appear.
3. How to recover a password?
This instruction will help you to log in to your personal account.
If you cannot log in to the Personal Account under your login and password, and when you enter them, the message "Incorrect e-mail or password" appears.
This means that you have forgotten your password or entered your login incorrectly. What to do in this case?
1) On the login page, click on the link "Forgot password?".
2) On the page that opens, you will need to enter your e-mail address "E-mail" (which you used during registering on our site earlier).
Then click the "Continue" button.
After updating the page, you will see the inscription "An email with instructions to create a new password has been sent to "Your e-mail" if it is associated with a WEPI account.".
Now you need to log in to your email account (which you specified in the previous step when registering) and search your "Inbox" for an email from site@wepi.info address with the subject line "WEPI: prompt to change password".
ATTENTION!!! This letter is generated and sent instantly after you fill out the registration form on our website. Therefore, if after 1-2 minutes you still have not received the letter, check the "SPAM" folder of your mailbox - it could have got there. In this case, do not forget to mark this letter as "NOT SPAM", so that all further letters from us do not fall into spam but go to the "Inbox" and you can read them immediately.
In this email, you will find a long link, click on it to complete the password reset.
4) On the "Reset your password" page that opens, you must enter a new password in the corresponding field.
At the end, you need to click the "Finish" button.
After refreshing the page, you will see the inscription "The password has been changed.".
4. How to fund an account?
This instruction will help you to log in to your personal account.
1) On the Page of the Personal Account, click on the "Account replenishment" button.
2) On the page that opens, you will need to enter the desired amount or select the desired "Tariff".
Then click the "Refill" button.
3) Select Deposit Method:
- PayPal;
- Debit or Credit Card.
4) After payment, you will be redirected to the Deposit page, where the message will appear:
- Transaction completed;
- Transaction status: COMPLETED.
5) Go to the "Operations history" section to check the crediting of funds.
Also, in your e-mail will receive a letter about a successful replenishment of the account.
5. How to fill out a biography?
This instruction will help you to fill out a biography.
The biography will be posted on the site after approval by the Editor.
If the field is empty, it will not appear on the biography page.
1) On the Page of the Personal Account, click on the "Add biography" button.
2) This link will take you to the page of filling in biographical data.
Here you will see the following fields:
- Header (information that should include: Firstname and Surname);
- Surname;
- Firstname;
- Patronymic;
- Mother's name;
- Date of birth;
- Date of death;
- Place of birth;
- Nationality;
- Citizenship;
- Allegiance;
- Religion;
- Profession.
Here you need to enter your data.
In order for the data to be recorded on the site, you need to go to the very bottom of the page and click the "Save draft" button. (To prevent deletion of data, you should click the "Save draft" button more often).
When you refresh the page, you'll see "Biography has been updated".
You can continue to fill in the fields.
3) Upload the main photo. Click the "Upload Photo" button.
A window opens, select the desired photo and upload it to the page.
Choose the desired angle for your main photo and click the "Crop" button.
Your photo will be uploaded to the page. (To prevent deletion of data, you should click the "Save draft" button more often).
4) Continue to fill in the fields:
- Biography;
- Origin;
- Education;
- Career;
- Other information.
After completing these fields, proceed further. (To prevent deletion of data, you should click the "Save draft" button more often).
5) Before uploading photos to the "Photo Gallery", you need to select "Tariff". (See “Tariff plans”).
The "Tariff" is selected once. You can change the tariff only after the approval of the biography by the editor.
5.1) Go down the page, click "Select tariff" and choose the tariff that suits you.
5.2) After selecting a tariff, you must click the "Select tariff" button.
5.3) If you have done everything correctly, you will see the inscription "You have chosen a tariff." (You can upload the required number of videos and photos with the selected tariff).
5.4) If you see the inscription "There are not enough funds on your Balance, Replenish your account.". Top up the account and repeat again. (Go to the Personal Account page, click on the "Biographies" button, select the desired biography).
6) After the selected "Tariff", you can upload photos to the "Photo gallery".
Click the "Browse" button, add the number of photos that you have selected in the "Tariff". (If you accidentally uploaded more photos, you will see the message - "The photo is not uploaded - the maximum number has been reached.").
After uploading, you will see that the photo has been uploaded to your page.
7) After the selected "Tariff", you can upload video to the "Video gallery".
Click the "Browse" button, add the number of videos that you have selected in the "Tariff". (If you accidentally uploaded more video, you will see the message - "The video is not uploaded - maximum number reached.").
After uploading, you will see that the video has been uploaded to your page. (To prevent deletion of data, you should click the "Save draft" button more often).
8) Item "Sources", here you will see two fields: "Name" and "Link". There you need to enter for example: "Article name" and "Link to the article's website". They create a hyperlink with a transition to another site.
When you click the "Add" button, another opportunity opens up for creating a hyperlink.
9) It is necessary to select "Category". (To prevent deletion of data, you should click the "Save draft" button more often).
10) To view the biography, click "Preview". Check the correctness of the spelling of the biography.

6. How to send a biography to the Editor for approval?
This instruction will help you to send a biography to the Editor for approval.
1) On the Page of the Personal Account, click on the "Biographies" button.
2) Select the biography you want to send to the Editor for approval.
3) Before submitting your biography to the Editors for approval, make sure that you have funded your account, fill in all the required fields, uploaded a video with a photo, and selected "Tariff".
4) If the biography is ready, click the "Payment for placement" button. After clicking this button, you will not be able to edit your biography. It will be sent to the Editor for approval.
The status of your biography may be changed (you can see the status in your Personal account in the "Biographies" item):
- Draft - the biography is in the process of filling;
- Tariff selected - the biography is being filled with the selected "Tariff";
- Payment for placement - the biography is sent to the Editor for approval;
- Under consideration - the biography is checked by the Editor;
- Published - the biography is approved by the Editor and posted on the site;
- Rejected - the biography was rejected by the Editor, with the text describing the reason;
- Changed - the biography has been edited and sent to the Editor for approval;
- Switching to another tariff - the biography is in the process of being filled in with the changed "Tariff".
5) If you did everything correctly, you will see the inscription "Your work has been sent for consideration.". The biography has been sent to the Editor for approval.
Verification by the Editor takes up to 7 days.
After approval by the Editor, you will receive an email with a link to your biography.
Your biography will be available for viewing on the site.
7. How to edit a biography and send it to the Editor for approval?
This instruction will help you to edit a biography and send it to the Editor for approval.
1) On the Page of the Personal Account, click on the "Biographies" button.
2) Select the biography you want to edit.
3) You can edit your information (delete, add, change). (To prevent deletion of data, you should click the "Save draft" button more often).
4) To view the biography, click "Preview". Make sure the biography is edited correctly.
5) Before submitting your biography to the Editors for approval, make sure that you have funded your account. (there is a 0.20£ fee for one edit.)
6) If the biography is ready, click the "Pay and publish changes" button. After clicking this button, you will not be able to edit your biography. It will be sent to the Editor for approval.
Verification by the Editor takes up to 7 days.
A biography written earlier will be changed only after approval by the Editor.
After approval by the Editor, you will receive an email with a link to your biography. Your biography will be available for viewing on the site.
8. How to switch to another tariff?
This instruction will help you to switch to another tariff.
1) Make sure that there are enough funds on your Balance (in the header of the site on the right on a black background) to purchase the "Tariff" you need.
2) On the Page of the Personal Account, click on the "Biographies" button.
3) Select the biography in which you want to change the "Tariff".
4) Scroll to the bottom of the page, click "Select tariff" and choose a suitable tariff for you.
5) After selecting a tariff, you must click the "Switch to another tariff" button.
6) If you did everything correctly, you will see the inscription "You have switched to another tariff" (you can upload the required number of videos and photos with the selected tariff).
7) If you see the inscription "There are not enough funds on your Balance, Fund your account.". Replenish the account within the selected tariff.
